Je’re brings more than two decades of teaching, coaching, and guiding students of all ages. Early training in competitive dance skating provided a foundation of discipline, visualization and embodied grace. In 2003, Je’re completed her 200-hour training, followed by advanced studies. Je’re is a seasoned instructor who has taught at leading local studios. She founded The Yoga Bug, a program which brought mindful movement, somatic awareness, and Eastern wisdom practices into Montessori programs, private schools, and family wellness settings.
Her style reflects years of study in Thai Yoga and intuitive touch along with an expanded understanding of vibration and healing resonance. Je’re has co-guided a virtual meditation community since 2020, teachings from Yoga, the Yoga Sutras, Buddhism, the Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita.
With twenty years of teaching experience, a twelve-year nursing career, the evolving wisdom of motherhood and grandmotherhood and a deepened exploration of breathwork, meditation, and contemplative practice, students find Je’re’s teaching style to be compassionate, grounded, and accessible.
